insulation for basement


Hi i am changing insolation in basement . The question is should i put back the fiberglass or i can put a ridgid insolation. Thanks in advance

I want to put laminate floors . I removed carper and undern it was parquet . The parquet floor in directly on concreet . The question is can i put laminate on top of the parquet or its beter to put subfloor like dricore ?

The other possibility is to put 2x4 on concreet and then plywood like 3/4 and then laminate.

I am not sure about the floor, thinking dricore is not a good idea.
Hopefully GBW will come along, listen to him he has probably forgot more about this then I know.

Fiber glass, rock wool and slag wool and rolls are most commonly installed in the sidewalls, attics, floors, crawl spaces, cathedral ceilings, and basements of homes.
