insulation

I have just built a shop in my back yard in Ontario Canada. I have all the walls insulated and I was wondering if I have to vapour barrier the header above the roll up door. The door is seven feet and the header is one foot, it is a doubled up two by twelve with insulation in between. Should it be vapoured.

It can't hurt. There will be air leakage between the framing members.
