sirloin7 Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2011 Posts: 1	insulation I have just built a shop in my back yard in Ontario Canada. I have all the walls insulated and I was wondering if I have to vapour barrier the header above the roll up door. The door is seven feet and the header is one foot, it is a doubled up two by twelve with insulation in between. Should it be vapoured.
