insulating metal studs - help

I am helping with a remodeling job. It is an old brick building and the enterior has been framed out with metal studs 16"o.c. Should I use standard insulating bats. If so how do I keep it between the studs (typical wood framing I would staple the fins to the studs). Or, should I use blown insulation? I do not like because of the settling factor over time. Please help we need this done ASAP.
Thanks

Generally if it's framed correctly, standard faced batts will go into metal framing and stay in place fairly well. You can always tape the top of it with duct tape to the top sill channel to make sure it does sag over time. But as a rule that's not done, just saw it once when I was doing the drywall.
