insulating around ic can lights

I have 6 can lights in my attic, they are air tight ic rated. What is the best way to insulate around these cans? I was thinking about insulating up to them and then add another layer on top of them to "seal" them with insulation. Is this a good idea or is there a better way to do this? Thanks

You can just cover all around them an over them with blown in cellulose. Does the best job far better than fiberglass or anything else.
