insulate floors or attic first?

It is, but you would not get near enough insulating value that way. This stuff is extremely dense packed. It takes the machine to break it up and spew it out to get the correct consistancy. If the blower thing is not your thing, just lay batts down.

oh i would have no problem renting it, but i was curious because ive never worked with it before. thanks for the advice...
