Installing new exterior pre hung door

I have just a screen door on my garage and the threshold is the cement floor. I am replacing with a pre hung steel door that comes with its own threshold. The problem is the cement in the space of 6 inches where the door is to be hung is not level it slopes a little to the outside and is also rounded at the outside edge. I need to have a wedge of some thing that will not rot placed under the aluminum threshold but I’m not sure of what to either fill it with or of what material to use to cut. To pour cement it’s to thin and would quickly crack. The space on the outside would be about 3/4 of an inch tapering down to 0
Any ideas
