Installing ledge on foundation

I have an area of 1 1/8" T&G sub-floor that I want to give more support to. I will have to install a ledge on the concrete foundation wall to support the 2x6 on one side.

I am unsure of the type, size, length of anchors to use to attach the ledge to the concrete.

Also is this info somewhere in the IRC?

17,000 dryer fires a year, when did you last clean the inside of the dryer near motor or the exhaust ducting?
