Installing gutters on shed

Heres a picture of my shed. I'm trying to figure out how to minimize water runoff off the roof of it. Would gutters be a good idea, or feasible to install? I would have a hard time picking a spot for the water to run off....

I plan on putting in a perimeter of 1" stone around the shed, as it seems too low to the ground for my taste. The T1-11 siding is taking a lot of damage along the bottom 6". I am concerned about the water splashing down from the roofline and onto the shed. Or would a good sealant/primer/paint hold up well enough?

Hard to see in that picture where they would attach.
Far better plan to lift the shed at least one block.
Look up "Farm jack" 2, of these will lift one side at a time.

gutters are a great idea. There is a gutter hanger strap made that hangs the gutter from the roof without relying to much on the fascia to hold up the gutter. putting stone around and getting moisture away sounds like a great idea also, the grass that is against the building now promotes moisture against the structure. priming and painting is a great idea too,be sure and prime and paint underneath of the t1-11 siding when painting..
