I need to make a waterproof hole - can I use concrete?

I am trying to make a waterproof hole. I've already dug the hole (actually seems to be pretty waterproof already, because the ground is clay)

Here is what I'm thinking of doing:

Pouring a floor with Quickcrete vinyl floor patch
Putting a plywood form in the hole
Adding walls
Covering it with epoxy (is this even necessary?)

Will this work? Is there a better way to do it?

What on earth are you doing exactly? What's the final goal of this scenario?

How big is this hole exactly?

I wonder if city grade PVC piping could do. (the big green ones you see at construction sites) Not sure where you'd buy such pipes though. You could then glue a flat surface at the bottom as a cap, unless you can get caps for those pipes. Concrete is not 100% watertight, though if all you're looking for is a temp holding area, it could do. Problem is, if it freezes, it will crack.

Ayuh,... How Big is it,..??

You could dig a hole 2' wide, 'n 3' deep, then drop in a plastic 55 gallon drum...
A water tight hole, with 2, 2" bungs in the top...

Good idea never even thought of a drum. Probably easier to get too!

Come by my house and I will give you about 15.
I tore out an old floating dock, and now I have all these barrels.
