Hvac


I am building a 2900 square foot home. 500 of this is on a second story, should we use a seperate HVAC unit for this space?

Only a professional can tell you this for sure after coming to your house site and actually sizing the system based on things such as insulation, duct sizing, and fenestration. There are certainly circumstances where it would be a benefit, but it could also be a waste of money.
