How should I seal floor truss from attic?

I noticed my floor trusses do not have anything sealing them. Hot attic air can go right in between the floor trusses. I can see the floor trusses from my garage attic. Should I blow in some insulation to help seal this area, or is there a better way to seal it? How many feet of insulation should I blow in to keep the heat from entering through this area?

Pictures would greatly help. Details about the heated living spaces under and next to this area will also help.

Your post is kind of "cryptic" and hard to understand.

Please be more descriptive. Or, as mentioned = post pics.

If your garage is unheated, as the attic is unheated, there will be no problem.
I would be more concerned about rats, mice and squirrels getting into the attic!
