How To Remove Mold From Stone Foundation


Hello,
I have some black mold on my stone foundation in my basement.
I heard you can use bleach to get rid of it, is this the best technique?Thanks KBS

It's the least expensive that works.

There are other products that people would be anxious to sell to you but bleach works as well and in some cases better. The price is right.

Ditto......

Take a spray bottle....pour about 4" (or 1/4) of bleach into it....fill it the rest of the way with water....spray on affected areas.....

Actually...a 10:1 solution would work fine....but I'm impatient.

We use a bottle with a 10:1 solution with some soap in it as well....works well for cleaning the tub/shower.

How To Remove Mold From Stone Foundation


Spraying chlorine bleach will require the proper respirator. Without it, you'll burn your sinuses.
