How much does a square foot of housing cost in Albuquerque, NM?

I am wondering how much a square foot would cost to make, If you know, then how much each material would cost to make, like how much building an adobe house would cost per square foot, or brick, etc. Also, the price doesn't have to be exact, since it ranges from different parts of Albuquerque. Please help we with this, as I am at a predicament here.

Perhaps you could describe your predicament, maybe someone can help. This is a DIY site, not normally a cost estimating site, but there may be someone who has a feel for house building costs in your area.

It depends how quality materials you use for construction. Here in California it ranges from $75 sqft for the basic and it could go up to several hundred per sqft for luxury homes
