Move desk out, move bed in. $0.

More realistically, what are you actually trying to do? For some people a home office is a desk and a computer, for some it's built-in desks, shelves, etc. Do you need to add a closet? What changes actually need to be made to make it a bedroom?

This is a DIY site. As in Do It Yourself. We don't know how much it costs to pay someone to do something. That is because we do it ourselves.

There is a ton of good info on this web site....but after you have been here a short time you start to see some of the same questions over and over. How much something costs is getting real old....hence, you will almost always get a smart a$$ answer from someone.

But as Hoops said....move out desk....move in bed....maybe a little paint and patching up holes in the walls....easy weekend project. If you want to pay someone to do it....figure 2-3 days of their time + materials. If you can find someone to work for $15/hr....then you have an idea of how much....but don't expect much quality for $15.
Even if you are on the right track, you will still get run over if you just sit there.

Unless you need to buy a bed,.....haha.
That's just my opinion. But it's free, so take it for what it's worth to you.
