how to increase pitch, on a flat roof with an extremely low pitch

Hi,
Newbie here and very first post. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix a flat roof with an extremely low pitch (1' 3" over span of 10').

There are certain constraints I am bound by:
1) The size of tool shed is 10' x 11'
2) Permission from HOA is of 8' height (total) from the ground to the top of shed.
3) Roof has to match existing structure which is shingles.

4) Everything is complete to the point that roof only needs board and finishing with shingles. That means all the rafters are nailed, frame is constructed and nailed with a single slope from front to back of about 1' 3" (front 8'3", back 7') and Hardiboard is nailed to the sides as well right up to the top of rafters.

My dilemma is if I cut the walls to lower the height, I would have to cut the Hardiboards as well and that can create a gap from which water can seep in.

If anyone has any suggestions, they are most welcome to share. If anyone requires pictures I'll also post them.

Thanks

first off, what is the problem you are trying to fix by changing the pitch? that is not necessarily an extremely flat roof. extremely flat is, well, flat.

Indeed. I don't think anyone here could start giving you meaningful advice when we have no idea what you mean by "fix a flat roof."

Sure would help if you posted some pictures.
Going with EPDM, PVC or metal roofing would work without having to redo the rafters that much.

a general question why is it that every on is afraid to give there location event as vague as a state?
