How high is too high in fence construction?

This is what I'm talking about. What ever I use is going to have to be pretty extensive and expensive.

I bet that your neighbor's 'addition' is not to code. I'd make a call to the city and have the inspectors come by to address the possible code violations. The city won't care about him being able to look into your yard. But they may care about illegal building.

You can always make the call anonymously.

They are short lived for trees but will get you screening while the kids are young and will last well past the time your kids are grown and you're an empty nester.

And you never know, they might be longer lived than the perv.
