How to frame, install plumbing and shower over a concrete slab

Installing a shower in the basement. Due to the ground water table levels, cutting into the concrete slab is NOT an option. I was thinking on using a sani-flush system. I am guessing I will have to frame out some sort of pedestal to raise the shower pan high enough to put in the trap, and have it drain into the sani-flush tank. I dont know how hi to make this pedestal, etc. Anyone ever install this type of setup before?
