How to frame around basement window near sump

How would you frame the window and sump pit in the attached picture

I"d make a closet in that corner that would have the window within it; otherwise, it looks like you'd have to have an angled wall between the sump and the window wall and that would not only look odd but may make it difficult when you need to replace the sump pump.

really want the window in the room. I was thinking of the angled wall but it wont look right. My last option is to have a raised box area over the pump

I have a raised box thing in my basement for a drain cleanout - I made it waist-height and covered the top with laminated pine instead of drywall. I routered the edge of the pine, leaving an overhang, and finished off the sides just below the pine with quarter round. It doubles as a table-top for a vase, pictures, or to set drinks on.
