How to find studs behind stucco

Hello,
I need to mount a garden house roll-up on the outside of the house--problem is that the outside is covered with stucco, and I'm not sure how to locate the wall studs...does anyone know of an electoronic stud finder that will work well through stucco?

If you can find your studs on the inside of the wall , you could probably measure and find them on the outside. I'm big on removing a elect oulet cover and poking a thin screwdriver to either side and finding the stud that the box is nailed to and try to figure if that stud might be a 16 inch center stud. There are usually several other give aways as to the layout of the studs. HS..
