how do I wrap this deck

What's the easiest, fastest yet relatively attractive way to wrap this deck (see attached photos)? The main goal here is to hide the brackets, hide the decking ends (or whatever its called) on the landing and stairs and get this bad boy stained or painted ASAP.

you could put a skirt board along the sides but the decking does not overhang so the skirting will have water intrusion and you will see the skirting from above. it looks good as is from the pic you posted, seen a lot worse...

Make a wood flower box that tops off level with the decking.

Make sure you first go buy two long plastic planters. and build your
flower box to incorporate the planters.

Attach the wood securly to the flower box (make sure you either
droll lots of holes in the bottom for the water to drain out, or
make the bottom out of slats.

Make two nice decorative decorative brackets and attach then to the
two decking uprights.

Fill the plastic lined containers with potting soil and plant
with plants or flowers. Purple palace is great, it's a perrenial,
actually a semi-evergreen in your zone.
Also vincqa vine is another of my favorites, mixed with some
flowers.

Here are the planters I'm referring to.
They come in different size, make your wood planter
high enough so that the top is not visible.

The left and right side is Purple Palace, comes back
every year in March and looks great up until
a hard freeze.

With nice beefy brackets coming off the legs, it will
be attractive and still give you access to under the deck
to keep it clean.
I know, all three should be green...
