how do I anchor circular cedar post to concrete?

I am new to this forum.
I am building a large palapa type project to use as a shade structure. I am using circular cedar posts that vary in dimension from 7 - 10" DIA. Local building code wants the posts anchored to a concrete footing in lieu of burying the posts like I initially planned. I have searched for an anchoring method for varying-in-size circular cedar posts and I have not been able to find one. I have found lots of information/brackets for anchoring square posts but very little for circular posts. I read about a "pin in the concrete and up into the post" method, but I think my project might be a little large for that method.
Any help/advice would be appreciated.

Would PBV6PC and PBV10PC connectors by Simpson work?

Cool, somehow I missed those when I was searching. They might work given additional bracing up top. I'll take a look at it.

would be cool to add your location.
As silly as it sounds, it would help others to answer the question because of the type of construction in your area.
I live in the South west, have a store down the street that sells really cool round post base with your choice of lizards or birds and such. Pretty cool in New Mexico, might look silly in Boston.
