i was planning on doing vinyl siding this weekend but the forcast says around 20-30 degrees. i know vinyl siding will crack at too cold temperatures, but how cold is too cold to install siding? i of course was planning on taking several breaks and with the window and doors up i will have a heater to run inside when needed for us to take breaks.
Around 0 to 10 degrees I will usually not install. It's just too easy to crack. 20-30 though is fine. Keep any silicon or caulk inside so that it stays warm while you're not using it.
