shouldnt be a big deal...just take 35mm. But...is there ANY way to find out whether its "digital"...i mean, you can print them. It doesn't say "hey, thats digital !" on the back of the picture ?

Yes, at least in this state the courts have the right to request supporting material to verify that the pictures were not digital media - at least that was the law when we brought that suit back in 99 I think? Anyway, it was just meant to be a simple suggestion to safeguard considering I had experience in regards to this before. I really don't blame the courts, you saw how easily I manipulated that photo in five minutes. If it were a 35mm scanned into my computer, it wouldn't be so easy or so clean. Not to say it can't be done, but its just less likely and therefore more readily available to courts. My lawyer at that time sucked and we fired her, but I bet that every case she's had since then, involving pictures, she has questioned the media after that incident with us and the judge....
