house jacking

I have to jack the center beam of my house up approx. 1/2" to 3/4" due to a sagging floor.
I just had a new roof put on about 3 years ago. Is lifting the center of the house up going to cause major problems with the roof i.e leaks?

You won't know the answer to that until the jacking is finished---

Oddly, the jacking has never caused leaks on the few jobs that I have been involved with---

Higly unlikly for that small a lift, and no way to tell from here since we have no idea how your rafters were done.
I've lifted houses 1-1/2 and never had it effect the roof.

Same here, have done a few, never had it cause a leak.
Mine were all shingled.

What type of roofing?
