I'm considering buying a foreclosure that has some cracking in the stucco on the SW corner of the house. Its about 25 years old and on one portion the stucco has fallen away. (about 50 sq inches) It is a "as is" sale. One pattern is about 10 ' and horizontal along the bottom. (about a foot up) the other is closer to the edge and is in a stair step pattern covering about 12 feet. Serious?
