Home Addition average cost
Hello everyone, I just relocated to NJ and have been house hunting, after three short sale complications. I found a non Short sale with great property, but it is 1000 sq ft ranch with two small bedrooms and one bath. I will need to add a master bedroom with additional bath. I would like to add between 500 and 700 sq ft to top or side of home. Does anyone have an idea on approx cost per sq ft, if contractor completes shell, electric and plumbing hook up?
