Hidden compartment

I'm looking to build a hidden compartment in my room around 2x3x1, any suggestions?

Put it behind the medicine cabinet, place the bed over it, fake register vent or fake cold air return. The options are yours.

For a gun or drugs? Oh. You probably can't answer that.

Depends if that feet or inches!

You could build it in the floor.

I think we may need more details.

I've dialed "9" and "1" and if you tell us it needs air holes also, I will dial the other "1".

something that small I would just cover it with a wash cloth. You could even just put it in you underwear drawer.

I think you can buy secret compartments from Lowes with installation instructions.

2x3x1 is too deep for a stud bay (assuming feet is the unit of measurement).

Sounds like a good size to go behind a bookcase. The trick is what to do with the other side. You could make the room on the other side smaller. Just fur out and drywall. You could put it in a closet too, or some other spot where it would be inconspicuous.

I walked through an abandoned house with someone and after we went outside I noticed that there was a portion of the house we had not been into. We went back in and realized that a 36 inch door, leaning against a wall, had concealed a 32 inch doorway. Very clever.
