Help Resurfacing a deck


All the paint is starting to peel off my deck any ideas on what i should to to remove the remaining paint and what would be best to repaint/stain it.

Did someone paint the decking?
I guess you found out if that's what was done that's never going to work.
Now your stuck with having to sand it all off with a belt sander.
May be easier to just remove and flip the boards or just replace with new.
