HELP!!! No one seems to know what to do!!! CONCRETE DECK LEAKING!!

I have a sundeck that is made of 2x6 and so on...with a 2 inch slab of concrete over top. Large cracks on surface ( up to 1/4 inch) and water has been running through and under the deck. Moisture is starting to turn the wood white in spots. This has been going on for about 4 years now. I need to fix it before I have to tear the whole thing down.
In some areas I have chizeled it out and filled. Keeps lifting out.
Tried concrete filler, epoxy. Thinking now of a roof but still will not fix altogether.
Need something inexpensive as compared to making it an inside room!

SusiQ, how about finding the source of the water? Dig around the outside of the slab to find out where the water is flowing from. Once you find the source you can divert the water so it doesn't wash you away.
Let us know what you find.
