HELP! Concrete Pad NOT level

I had to have a concrete pad removed a second time (see previous post: http://www.diychatroom.com/f19/concrete-pad-9205/)

They poured the third pad last night. I told them one side of the pad sloped into the garage but they said not to worry.

:furious: Went to wet down the pad this morning and guess what - the water came streaming into the garage! The area that slopes into the garage is about 10' x 3.5' so it's not a big area.

What can they (I) do?

Q1: Would a 'patching compound' be exceptable? I would think a thin layer of 1/8" to a 1/4" could be blended to the garage side of the pad.
Q2: Do I demand they re-do again!?!

My Q2 was do I demand that they tear out the pad and re-pour a new hopefully level one?

At what point will you decide these guys are incompetant ? Two slabs ago these guys would have been a memory.

Go with response 2. If you're able, demand that you or someone of your choosing inspect the form work before pour. It's not that big of an area to run a level around and verify which way the water will flow....

Oh and by the way...Ron is right.
