help


i am renting a house and am on a 6 month lease we have come to discover the floor joists in the dirt basment r cut and the floor is indenting and now the walls r cracking what should i do i do no feel safe

Call the building dept to inspect the building and maybe start looking for alternative lodgings.

Obviously the floor needs to be repaired,and quickly---Does the landlord know the house is starting to collapse?

Go thru the correct channels. Call the landlord first. If no results, call the town
