Header sizing question.....

I am framing a window in an exterior bearing wall, but want to assure myself of proper heading sizing. Unfortunately, there are NO building inspectors or inspections where I live, so I can't turn to the local inspector for help...

The room is in a basement, 13 feet wide with first floor I joists at 16" oc spanning this distance and supported by the 2x6 basement exterior walls. ....there is a second floor and the spans are the same. The wall also supports the roof.

The ground snowload for my area is 100 psf. I want to span 4-5 feet with a new header, but can not find a span table for this snow load. Can anyone help?

To accomodate a window top height of 82", I would like to use a 2x8 header. My plan is a triple 2x8 with 2 1/2" plywood sections between them.

Thanks for the help!
