header for air conditioner?

zephed666 Member   Join Date: Jan 2011 Posts: 172	header for air conditioner? I want to add a wall air conditioner in one of my bedrooms. Do I need to build a header for the air conditioner or can I just frame it out with 2x4's? thanks!
