has anyone hears of a foam type log?

I have a ceiling that spans 27' 6" and i want to put a log beam along the peak insde the room for asthetics. Someone told me that I could get it made out of foam or something that doesn't weigh a thousand pounds and is easy to install. Has anyone used anything like this? Where could I find one 27" long? Any ideas?

The recording says that if you require a beam longer than 20', you can butt two beams end to end.
