RESOLVED: Harvey Slimline only as Replacement Window? Totally unclear

I'm replacing about 30 windows in my house with new construction Harvey's. (Harvey Vicon Classic). There are a couple excessively narrow windows that I'd like to improve the glass size on.

They offer a SlimLine version, but as far as I can tell it is available only in Replacement windows. Is this true???

I found the Harvey rep to be unclear in this regard.

You’ll get a better answer by beating him with a stick than you’ll get here.

As strange as it may seem. Keep hanging up and calling back. I had the same issue with them. You get someone who is unwilling to help and then you get someone who will give you tons of info. All depends on the rep. Some are way better than others. Call unitl yyou get someoone that helps.

Ok. I finally got the answer.

"Vicon" is the new construction version of "Slimline"
"Vicon Classic" is the new construction version of "Classic"

The 2nd line was explained. The first line is attrociously bad marketing: If nearly no-one understands WTF your product is supposed to be then you better start over.

Honestly, the terms should be:

"new construction slimline"
and
"new construction classic"

I wonder if the board of directors knows how badly the names are botched?
