Handling Rockwool

Okay, I feel silly, but I've looked around and can't find out much about this.

My new 1982 house has a blown in insulation, gray color, which I assume is rockwool. There was a paper in the attic saying it was done by a "certified Owens Corning contractor", but not much else and it's faded and hard to read.

Anyway, I'm taking down some drywall ceilings to redo, and not sure how far I have to go to protect myself. Just like fiberglas? Mask, gloves, etc, or different. I know it's all going to fall down, so I was goint to just throw it back up after the new drywall is in place. I have plans to blow in more, it's only to R19 now.

Anything else to worry about? Thanks.
