Default Half the insulation is faced, half is unfaced insulation

I took the face off of the insulation of the bottom half of the wall so that I could install Densguard behind my tub surround. Is it ok to leave the face on the top half? Im thinking that if moisture gets back there, it may collect on the kraft paper and then run down to the unfaced insulation. I guess though that if I remove it and moisture gets back there then its going to get on insulation anyways. What should I do?

Also, what type of drywall should I use about the shower surround? Should I use more densguard, greenboard or xp board (purple board). When drywall is moisture resistant does this mean that it helps block moisture from getting behind it or does that mean that it wont crumble with moisture? Can I put it above the shower surround since steam is getting to it?
