Grout Question

Can someone tell me the difference between TEC sanded grout and Polyblend sanded grout?

The TEC brand costs about 2.5 times as much as the Polyblend brand. Both are "polymer" enhanced.


Also, this basement floor is painted. I plan to give it a once over with a wire brush just to get up the loose paint. Anybody have thoughts on a better way to tackle this problem?
