Gluing Pavers to Concrete

I am covering my current concrete sidewalk with precast flagstone pavers. I would like to just adhere them to the old sidewalk. Is there a construction adhesive that would be best to use.?

See this article on Thinset vs. Masonry Adhesive for some good tips and recommendations for the specific adhesive that you're looking for.

I've also used PL Construction Adhesives and have had good performance.
