General contractors responsibilities


(A)(E)What is a General Contractor?
(B)(list of) What is a General Contractor is responsible for?
(C)Should a General Contractor be at the job sight once a day?
(D)Why hire a Liscensed General Contractor?
(E)Does a Licensed electrician need to do the job or someone working for a Licensed contractor using his boses License no. to do the work?
(F) Same question as (E) but for a Plumber?
(G) What to put in a contract?
(H) What to do if you need to fire a contractor?

A/ Like a conductor of an orchestra.
B/ Everything in the contract
C/ If he wants to stay in business
D/ So you don't have to pay a fine
E/ Apprentices do the work, electricians drink coffee
F/ Apprentices do the work, plumbers drink coffee
G/ A signed blank check (cheque if you're in Canada)
H/ Hire a hit man
