Garage Foundation & Stucco
I've slowly been building a garage (my first build) and am nearing completion. However I am unsure of what the next step would be to finish the foundation. I've used blue skin to seal where the OSB meets the concrete. However I've also done this where the door jam meets the concrete (see attached picture) as well. What would be the suggested way to finish below where the stucco starts? You can see from the pictures that a bit of tyvek hangs lower than where the scratch coat of the stucco starts. I was thinking of perhaps damp proofing using an asphalt based product on the exposed concrete and over the blue skin (I hope it's compatible). Not sure if this is the best approach though. All I know is that I need to do something to prevent the blue skin from being exposed. Any thoughts?
