Garage Door Leaking

I have water coming in under my garage door. I have no water sloping toward the door via the driveway. I think it's just the rain that hits the exterior of the garage door and collects at the bottom.

I have about 3 inches of concrete outside the Garage door that is level with the garage floor http://www.racinnation.com/garagedoor.jpg. I think the problem is the concrete is not sloped away from the garage door.

I could grind the exterior of the garage floor to slope it away but I don't have time for that, deploying to Iraq in a week.

Does someone make some sort of flashing I can buy to put at the bottom of the garage door to push the water away from the bottom of the door. I've Googled it and can't find anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Something like this...

I googled the following and found the above item..
"garage door gasket"
"garage door seal"

I installed one of these - used to have water that would come under the garage door, a lot with a blowing rain - installed this about 2 years and have not had a drop of water under the door since.
