garage conversion

Where in the world are you hiding? - Filling in the location on your CP/profile will get you more and better answers.

The location will help since it is a general site for a guess at the climate and conditions.

Is the garage the same elevation as the house?

It is garage slab flat or does it have a slope for drainage?
