Freezing storage room next to the cold room

Hi,
My cold room does not have any insulation, just concrete walls and floor and it has 2 vents to the outside. Attached to the cold room is my storage room (I have insulated around the door) and the storage room is almost as cold as my cold room, and my basement is very cold too. I am quite sure that the cold is seeping in from the cold room to the rest of the basement. How do I prevent this? Please help!

What temperature is your cold room? Do you have any sort of thermal break in that cold room? If money were no object, I would coat the walls with polyurethane spray foam. My second choice would be rigid XPS foamboard with the seams staggered and sealed. You can find the stuff pretty inexpensively. I found a contractor who was retiring and I bought all the 2" Dow foam he had. I would confirm that the cold room is the source of the cold. I have a little IR thermometer that I've used to identify air infiltration and cold spots:
