Framing with treated lumber posts


all very good points… I'm going to look into getting plans and permits done before something like this happens again… In the process, I'll have proper supports designed to replace the fore-mentioned treated posts. I just talked to a contractor that's willing to take over from here and make it all happen.Thanks to all.
