Framing a 6X10 basement bathroom

How long will it take for two people (one amateur, one experienced) to stick frame a 6X10 basement bathroom? Framing will include top plates, sole plates, walls, door frame, a shower enclosure, and a chase around the soil stack. No bathtub.

I am only looking for duration estimates on framing only.

Thanks!

Is this a hired contractor or you and a buddy? The first shouldn't take more than a few hours. No more than a day's work for sure providing the area is properly prepped. The latter could be a long and possibly memorable journey if alcohol is involved.

LOL

Also, depends a lot on equipment. Even for a newb, a chop saw and a pneumatic framing nailer will make quick work of a frame out.

Personally, if DIY, I'd say 2 guys, most of a Sunday and about 12-18 Miller Lites

I was thinking about a full day at most. The area is already measured and level, and I have a chop saw but no pneumatic framing nailer.

The work would go to a contactor and myself (the newb).

The humor was spot on!

The contractor may charge you more if you help, I know I would.
