I agree.."lump sum price" quotes.

And it is not just HO's.....even my blood pressure rises when I look in detail at the ticket for a cabinet order, and see line items like $85 for an 8' piece of crown moulding

Why not use the Form panels that are made out of Insulation. Not only do you leave them in place, but you will obtain a higher R value for insulating properties.
