foundation/basement wall problem

Hello everyone,

I need some knowledgable advice. I have a rental unit and the foundation/basement wall is splitting horizontally and it is bulging out where the splitting is.

How can i get this repaired without spending a fortune ?

If this problem is not repaired soon, will the rest of the house be damaged too ? Please respond if you have any advice.

Follow this link .

There is a limit as to how bad the wall has failed, as to whether their product is suitable for your problem.

How far is the wall pushed in?

The other option is to excavate along the wall, demo and rebuild. It's done all the time.

And yes, it will only get worse and could ruin your house if not repaired in a timely and proper manner.
