floor trouble

I have a house that is almost 100yrs old. I have noticed in the basement that the floor joist sitting on the center beam have seperated. I need to know how to stabilize each side of the joists. This has only happened on the front part of the house. The joist on the back half seem fine.

Thanks

I (personally) don't follow what you mean. Do you have pics you can post?
