Floor leveling. Any suggestions?

Here is a picture of my bedroom floor. I removed the sub flooring. On the level end of the level is a support beam running perpendicular to the floor joist. What would be a good way to level the flooring?

It looks like 1-1/2" in 4'. Is that true? Forget about leveling it for now....you'd better find out why the floor is that bad at the wall there. Is that a load bearing wall?

Is this a second floor wall above a load bearing wall underneath? If so, was any part of the wall below removed?

If the right side of that level is the center of the house then it needs to be jacked up from below the floor.
Someone really should be one site that knows what there looking at to check the whole thing over to see why it happened and make sure to fix that before lifing anything.

Cracked main beam, not enough supports or there in the wrong place, insect infestation, fungus, no footings under the post, could be anyone of these or something else.

That was a 2ft level and its about 1in low. This is a one level home. If I put the level on the other side of the wall it is level.

It was a wet crawl space and mold has formed on the joist. They are 2 x 10 spaced on 16" centers spanning 116" each side of the main support beam in the middle

I'd be taking a close look at the pier footings. If it was a swamp under there it's very likly they sunk, failed or tipped.

That's even worse. Yoy have to figure out what's causing that. 1" out of level in 2' is bad.

the floor is level at the pier, it starts running down hill after the pier. I noticed at the lowest part of the unlevel floor the header board is also boeing down in the same place. Is this weight from the truss?

Header board? A header is used over a door or window, is that what you mean?
Most headers do not put hardly any weight on a wall if any. In fact some tend to lift.
